• All market data is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or timeliness
• AI responses are informational only and must not be treated as investment recommendations
• Trading signals do NOT guarantee profit
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
• Crypto markets are extremely volatile. Invest only what you are prepared to lose.

• CryptoNerve provides non-custodial wallets encrypted with AES-256-GCM
• You own your private keys. You can export and withdraw at any time
• CryptoNerve is not liable for losses resulting from trading operations
• CryptoNerve is not liable for losses from scam tokens even if our scam-detector failed to flag them. Always do your own research.

• Subscriptions may auto-renew (you can disable auto-renewal in /settings)
• Cancel any time via /settings or /pro
• Crypto payments are non-refundable
• On cancellation, paid access remains active until the end of the current period

• API abuse: DDoS, scraping, or circumventing rate limits
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits or rewards
• Manipulating prediction markets
• Automating trading through our interface with unauthorised bots
• Reselling data accessed through CryptoNerve

You must be at least 18 years old to use CryptoNerve. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Telegram bot. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
