CryptoNerve is an AI-powered crypto analytics terminal operated as a Telegram Mini App. This document explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

• Telegram ID and username (used only for authentication)
• Portfolio data you voluntarily add
• AI chat history (to display your conversation and improve responses)
• Alert configurations
• Trading transactions (for history and accounting)
• UTM tags from marketing links (for attribution analytics)

• Passwords — authentication is handled entirely through Telegram
• Bank card data or any payment card information
• Biometric data of any kind

• Wallet private keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM (PBKDF2-SHA256, 100k iterations)
• The master encryption key is stored separately from the database
• You can export your private key from the wallet page at any time
• On account deletion, all data including encrypted keys is erased

• User questions are processed through third-party AI providers (OpenAI / Anthropic)
• We do NOT use your data to train AI models
• Chat history is kept solely so you can view it in-app

• Crypto subscription payments are processed by OxaPay
• We never receive or store payment card data
• Only the settlement tx hash and invoice ID are linked to your account

• Request a full deletion via /settings or by contacting support
• Data is purged within 30 days of a verified request
• Anonymised aggregate metrics may be retained for product analytics

• We use only strictly-necessary technical cookies/localStorage for authentication and UI state
• No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used
• A first-party anonymous id is stored for UTM attribution — cleared on data deletion
