What is Stochastic?
Stochastic Oscillator, where the close sits within the price range over a period, from 0 to 100. Above 80 is overbought, below 20 is oversold. %K is the fast line, %D its smoothing.
Example
Stoch %K at 85, the price is near the top of the range, a pullback is possible.
